    Since all our products are sold "brand new", all damaged products are considered damage during transit. Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrives. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days, NO EXCEPTION.                 

    If the product you received is not what you purchased or not function as intend due to manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return label for you. And we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is issued.

    When you received a damage or loss package, please email us immediately so that we can help you to file claims with carrier ASAP. Once we receive your email, we should file a damage/loss claim against the carrier.

    Replacement will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost package. For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.

    All auction sales are final. We can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Defective Item or wrong Item Shipped.

    All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.

    Buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never install). Otherwise, 20% restocking fees will be charged.
