At Transit Parts Limited- we aim to deliver your item within eBay`s estimations- however- if you specifically want to know your delivery date please don’t hesitate in contacting us via eBay messages. At times- there can be delays during transit which is beyond our control.
Most of our goods are dispatched within 24 hours. However- some listings may require a longer handling time. Please ensure you check your estimated delivery time before ordering the item.
We use a variety of couriers whereby most of them are fully tracked. Every weekday we update your purchase from 5 pm onwards- please check your e-mails and eBay notifications for your tracking details.
Please note that delivery to non-mainland areas (Highlands- Ireland- Channel Islands- Jersey- Isle of Wight) can take up to 72 hours. Packages may need to be signed for or if you have requested to the courier or the courier decides- the parcel will be left in a secure location.
It is important to know that we try our best to set the correct shipping fee for all our eBay listings.
We apply a standard postage cost to all listings to Non-Mainland- EU- and Worldwide. Sometimes we are unable to specify the exact postage cost due to item weight/dimensions and location within a country. We can only know the exact cost once we gathered all the details regarding the shipment. It is important to be aware that there are no refunds or warranty on items that have been fitted by non-qualified mechanics.
Our warranty does not cover labour/fitting/inconvenience/car hire/breakdown charge or any other cost.
For any warranty claims- we would need a letter on business letterhead from the mechanic who fitted the part to provide to our suppliers. Without this letter- we are unable to process any warranty claims.
In all cases for the claim to be processed- we require the product to be returned. In this regard- we will not charge you any collection or postage fees for sending back the product.
Once your claim has been assessed by our qualified technicians and has been deemed faulty- we can offer either a replacement or a refund.
Transit Parts LTD offer a 30 day returns policy. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s)- as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.

Warranty and Returns At Transit Parts LTD we hope that you are happy with your purchases- however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item. Our warranty specifically covers the part only; it does not cover labour costs- car hire- garage fees- additional parts etc. Items bought in error can be returned for a refund or exchange- however the customer is responsible for the return postage costs and it may include a handling fee. Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice must also be included; items returned without a copy of the original invoice will not be able to be processed.
New parts carry a 12 months or 12-000 mile warranty- whichever comes first. Proof of mileage will be required on fitting and on failure- before we can process any claim under warranty. Reconditioned and used units do also carry a warranty; please contact us for warranty information on the specific part you require.
Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.
Transit Parts LTD must be informed of any return requests within 7 days of the original order date.
Items returned after 3 months are for replacement only- unless we no longer stock that part.
Items returned as faulty will be sent for testing before a replacement or refund can be offered (assuming the product is found to be faulty.)
Certain items carry a test fee. If the item is found to be not faulty- there is often a test fee passed to us and this will need to be covered before the non-faulty part can be returned.
Fuel Injectors and pumps will need to be tested if returned as un-wanted. This will incur a test fee which will be passed on to the customer. Once your return is authorised an acknowledgement will be emailed to the address used on your original order. Lines are open Monday to Friday: 9:00am 6:00pm and Saturday: 9:00am 1:00pm. Any products returned without an invoice included will be refused. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. Clearly mark your invoice Number on the outside of the package.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with our customer service agent. Transit Parts LTD will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit- please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. All returns must be received within 7 days of receiving the item.Upon receipt- all products will be inspected and at our discretion- credit may be refused.
