  • All Domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground for mid and large size packages. Small package are shipped via USPS. All domestic shipments outside of the Continental 48 states and PO Boxes are shipped via USPS.

  • Large Packages to Canada are shipped via UPS Canada Standard, other International shipments are made via USPS Express Mail (EMS). All small packages for International buyers including Canada, are shipped via USPS First-Class/Priority International Mail. Buyer assumes all risks for all lost packages.

  • International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty Tax. We do not charge the customer these fees and are not included in the total of the listing price. If you have any questions regarding why you are being charged this fee please refer to your local government website. Brokerage fees vary upon the value of the product, for rate information, please refer to UPS and USPS.

  • All items must be paid within 7 days, or an unpaid item notification will be filed, and item will not guaranteed in stock.

  • Paypal and Credit card Payment Accepted: Orders with payment in Echeck (Paypal) will not be shipped until fully cleared by Paypal.

  • If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. We will offer refund of the ITEM PRICE ONLY with up to 25% restocking fees on unused items. To waive the re-stocking fee item must be unopened, in original packaging, with no signs of being installed or mounted. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN ITEM(S) SHIPPING.

  • Damaged Items
  • We carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All products are sold as new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit. If you received a damaged or broken item, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY WITH PICTURES so we may help to submit a damage claim with the shipping Currier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon the item being received. When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with the original ORDER number issued by Ebay clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid ORDER number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.

  • If the item was defective or a wrong item was shipped, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email if needed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for issue of your return information. Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange once it has been received by our returns department.
